We offer a number of services to Employers and Veterans Service Organizations looking to tap into the diverse talent pool throughout the JBLM community.


Job Postings and Events


Job Fairs

JBLM ERP hosts a early spring event for military spouses, and SFL-TAP hosts one in late spring and one fall for transitioning Servicemembers. These events typically include 80-300 employers, and draw up to3000 job seekers. A great way to reach a high volume of highly skilled candidates!

Employer Spotlight Event

Are you looking to fill positions within your organization? If so, you may be interested in hosting your own hiring event. Event space and interview rooms are provided free of cost.

Wednesday Brown Bag Hiring Events & Friday Mini-Career Fair Sessions

Come present information about your organization during the lunch session of the Department of Labor (DOL) Workshop (Time: 11am to 1pm). Expect an audience of about 150-170 transitioning Servicemembers, as well as Military Spouses, Veterans, Retirees, and other DoD ID Card holders of working age.
The Wednesday Brown Bag event focuses on Employment Opportunities, while the Friday event highlights organizations and schools which offer training and professional development programs.  Employers/Organizations must register in advance to participate.

Quarterly Networking Events

Onward to Opportunity – The NW Edge

If you and/or your company are willing to devote your time and effort to Servicemembers to help them with their transition into the civilian workforce, host a career sample session at your organization to introduce your company culture and provide information about employment opportunities. These sessions can vary in length depending on organizational needs.
