About Pacific Fibre Products, Inc.

Pacific Fibre Products, Inc., a family-owned business, was founded in 1982 by Larry and John Lemmons, a father-son team. It all began with salvaging and chipping timber blown over during the eruption of Mt. St. Helens. In working closely with our pulp & paper customers we determined there was a high-demand need for a permanent supply of whole-log chips. The blown over timber was the raw product that launched Pacific Fibre Products as a leader in supplying quality, whole-log chips to the paper mills. Since 1982, we have constructed and modernized three whole-log chipping mills at our headquarters in Longview, WA, updated our North Plains Oregon Division chipping facility, and recently expanded our operations with construction of a new chipping mill in Molalla OR. As good stewards of our land, and to utilize 100% of our timber resources, we process the bark generated from our chipping operations and from sawmills to produce numerous grades of beauty bark, mulches, and soil amendments. We have now expanded our bark operations from Longview WA operations only to our North Plains, Molalla OR, and Central Point (Medford) OR Divisions. Lemmons Trucking, Inc., a subsidiary of Pacific Fibre Products, is a family-owned business for more than 70 years. Lemmons Trucking Inc. (LTI) is committed to providing the highest quality and dependable trucking service. We are a wood products trucking company. We haul wood chips, bark dust, soil amendments, mulches, and logs. We have a fleet of 40 well-maintained trucks and trailers. Our combination of units includes chip trailers, live bottom (walking floors), dump truck, end-dump, log trailers, lowboy & tilt-bed trailers, etc. Because of our dedicated staff of nine mechanics and our professional drivers, we enjoy an excellent safety rating with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, which reflects our commitment to safety being the top priority. We stand committed to standing ready to serve our valued customers to meet their trucking demands. We greatly appreciate and honor our 52 full time Professional Mechanics and Professional Truck Drivers. Of our 50 drivers, twenty-one have been on our team for greater than 10 years. Our most experienced employee just completed his 41st year of service. Please consider joining our team and helping us fulfill our logo that “Nothing Beats Reliability in Products or People”. We hope that you will consider joining our team as we continue our robust growth in the wood products and trucking industry.
