Job description

What will you be doing?

Lead your assigned shift throughout the work day. In early to discuss prior shifts success’s and challenges. Review production schedules and plan the shifts work day. Complete shift meeting with your assigned team and assign members to work assignments. Contact members throughout the workday ensuring compliance of Safety, GMP and Procedure compliance. Schedule break and lunch schedules while maintaining operational effectiveness. Shift end will include production reporting review and potential inventory cycle counts. You will lead multiple manufacturing disciplines used in the manufacture of PET containers used in the Coca Cola system.

You might possess knowledge or experience with Injection Molding and/or Blow Molding. If not, you are eager to learn. Experience/Education Needed:

Bachelors degree preferred. In lieu of degree, must have at least three years of supervisory experience. Must have mechanical aptitude, basic computer skills and have good written and verbal communication skills.
