ABHS is looking for an LPN to work in our detox facility in Chehalis, WA.

Scope of Work: 

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide professional, compassionate, ethical and knowledgeable services to those clients needing detoxification services and will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals in the facility to ensure quality client care and maintain staff safety. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience working with addicted clients in a residential facility environment.

Nurses with long-term or hospice care experience are a great fit for this job.


  • Associate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing

  • Current, unencumbered Washington State Practical Nursing License

  • Must possess a BLS/CPR training card
