We are looking for an Inventory & Parts Coordinator who wants job stability and great benefits that will lead them to retirement. Is that you?
It is you if: You are dependable, show up to work on time and are able to purchase, order, receive and inventory parts for our Maintenance & Repair department.
 
What you mean to us:  You support our Mechanics by being able to:
     * Receive and review purchase orders, requisitions and invoices. Verify accuracy of order and billing and secure appropriate approvals.
     * Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers and contractors and keep adequate historical records of each.   Evaluate performance of vendors with regards to price and performance.
     * Perform inventory duties including distribution, storage and accurate entry to maintenance & repair software.
     * Prepare shipping documents and coordinate deliveries as required.
