The City of Clyde Hill currently has a position open for an entry/lateral police officer. Qualifica-tions include minimum age 21, high school graduate, current Washington State driver’s license, U.S. citizen, and no felony or domestic violence-related convictions. A criminal record may disqualify the candidate. Lateral applicants must be Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission 720 certified, with two years’ experience.

Closing Date: 5:00 p.m. on Friday, June 29, 2018
Testing Date: Saturday, July 14, 2018
Candidates will participate in a written exam and physical agility tests.
All applicants who submit a letter of interest, resume, and $20 money order are invited to participate.
Oral Board: The initial oral board will be held shortly after testing.
The selected candidate will begin service upon satisfactory completion of a polygraph, background investigation, psychological examination and medical tests.

Salary: $5284 - $6704 per month, DOQ; plus approximately $800 monthly Flexible Spend-ing program; Educational/Career Development Incentive Program, up to 6%.
Health Care: Regence/Blue Shield or Kaiser Permanente, 90% employer paid medical, 100% employer paid dental/vision
Retirement: LEOFF 2, optional Deferred Compensation program
Vacation/Holidays: 176 hours/year Sick leave: 8 hours per month
