Job description

Regal Logistics, one of the top 100 3PL’s in the country is seeking an experienced Customer Relations Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing 50+ Customer Relations Specialist’s to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders while building and maintaining customer relationships.


Duties:



  • Develops customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistent customer service and satisfaction

  • Organize customer service teams to ensure adequate levels of knowledge and experience

  • Delegates and manages the daily activities of customer service teams to ensure professional and timely customer service

  • Trains employees on customer service procedures and promotes outstanding customer relations

  • Develops and supports a strong sense of teamwork and professionalism

  • Troubleshoots and resolves non-routine customer complaints

  • Resolves major problems with orders, delivery dates or service

  • Ensures efficient and accurate use of systems and data processing including implementation of salesforce.com

  • Works closely with warehouse and office personal to ensure orders are processed and shipped on schedule

  • Performs other duties as assigned


Requirements:



  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field

  • Minimum of 5 years customer service experience at a management level managing 50+ direct reports

  • Strong knowledge of transportation functions (ocean in bound, customs, clearance and warehousing)

  • Proven experience implementing Salesforce.com

  • Strong leadership skills

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Strong level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others

  • Strong problem solving skills; ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues

  • Ability to multi-task in a high volume fast paced environment

  • Computer literate and proficient in MS Office and WMS
