The Wave Car Wash, Inc. is looking for a part-time Customer Service Attendant with open availability to join our team at our Frederickson location! Part-time position, starts at $12.00/hour with the opportunity to earn commissions and bonuses. No experience necessary, we'll provide you the training you need!


Job Requirements:



  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.

  • Fully adhere to all Wave appearance and procedural standards.

  • Follow all safety guidelines and policies set forth in the Accident Prevention Program.

  • Always make the customers aware that they are the number one priority, maintaining a positive and respectful attitude.

  • Effective and upbeat communication with customers - outstanding customer service!

  • Be a team player – show up for the team and help anywhere possible.

  • Pick up trash on the ground anywhere on the site at any time.

  • Operate the POS accurately and efficiently, paying attention to specials and promotions.

  • Prevent potential customer damage claims by scanning and qualifying all vehicles.

  • Advise customers who may not be able to wash their vehicle safely at The Wave.

  • Regularly check the vacuum stalls and parking lot for trash and tend to any cleaning.

  • Keep the car wash equipment, tunnel walls, ceilings, and windows clean at all times.

  • Maintain productive communication with the Site Manager, Assistant Manager, and Shift Leaders regarding needs for support.

  • Operate machinery, tools, and supplies to clean in a safe and efficient manner.

  • Perform other duties as requested or required by upper management.
