We are currently seeking a Billing Clerk to join our team in Seattle, WA. This position is responsible for creating PNW region customer invoices, finding and resolving any invoice discrepancies, and maintaining invoice records.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
AA Degree required
1+ years experience in an accounting or payroll role required
Experience in the maritime or construction industry preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Advanced organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal and team skills
Excellent Microsoft Suite skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Knowledge of current accounting practices and accounting software
Physical / Mental Requirements
Perform work in an office setting
