A reputable insurance agency is seeking a full-time employee to become a permanent member of their successful team!
Are you looking for a career? The position is designed to give “on the job training” while working with a full time mentor in the agent’s office to build and cultivate customer relationships.
You will be working to develop leads, solicit, and consult to help customers manage their unique insurance and financial needs and while learning the logistics of managing a business and developing your skills and experience. This position will work primarily on new client sales but will also help service the existing client base.

Prior retail or sales experience is a plus. Prior insurance experience is not required.
