Sunrise Glass currently seeks a Project Manager for all of our projects in the glass and glazing sectors across the Seattle-Tacoma area. The location for this position is in Kent, Washington.

What Skills Will You Hone in This Role?
Scheduling: Coordinate with team leaders, foremen, and general contractors to create and maintain a daily staffing calendar from project implementation to completion; Identify and anticipate schedule disparities and correct or report to the appropriate stakeholders; Be the lead and single point of contact for across all internal and external stakeholders for all past, current, and future projects, across all phases.
Customer Service: Ensure all projects are completed to the specifications and satisfaction of the customer, in a safe manner, on-time and on- budget, with achievement of agreed-upon metrics related to operational efficiency and project effectiveness; Promote cooperation, communication and coordination between the job site and the office, including the submitting all required reports and paperwork on-time and in the proper format; Coordinate, partner, and collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and engineers, compiling and estimating change orders, scheduling, and resolving problems.
Project Management: Work and communicate closely and in cooperation with internal teams and teammates, including shop supervisors, estimators, purchasers, fabricators, glaziers, and others, to execute projects; Assist the estimating department during preparation of inquiries and final evaluation of submitted bids as required; Ensure all project information, bids, invoices, drawings, specifications, and other project-specific records are organized, maintained, and up-to-date; Ensure information flows and instructions needed to complete jobs are shared between internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the process is efficient and effective; Manage project budgets and oversee equipment and resource requirements and usage; monitor the financial status of each project such as expenditures.
What Will You Bring?
Experience: Three or more years’ experience in construction project management, preferably in a subcontracting specialty; Knowledge and understanding of general and subcontract documents, drawings, and specifications, construction means, methods and materials.
