b2d Marketing is a rapidly growing company located in the heart of downtown Seattle. Our company is actively seeking dedicated and experienced candidates to fill our Accounting Support Specialist opening. The successful candidate for this position must have at least 5 years of recent and current QuickBooks experience and a Bachelors Degree with a focus on Accounting.

Role: Assist Accounting Department with accounts receivable, coding, and researching AR and AP issues along with collections, billing assistance, and other data entry tasks as assigned. 

Major Duties & Responsibilities
-Assist in responding to billing questions from customers and internally
-Invoice paid sales orders and record inventory information for record keeping
-Provide invoices to customers daily via email
-Maintain membership cancellations 
-Process cancellation and transfer documentation
-Submit daily/weekly sales reports to management
-Maintain check and credit card deposits 
-Monthly, quarterly, annual state tax returns
-Maintain acceptable levels in accounts receivable 
-Compile and execute monthly customer billings
-Submit monthly financial statements to management 
-Other duties as assigned

Expectations:
-MUST have 5 years QuickBooks experience 2013 and newer 
-1 year inventory experience
-1 year state tax experience
-1 year experience with financial statement analysis
-Have a balance sheet analysis understanding
-Be able to work independently
-Upbeat attitude and is driven to advance and learn
-2-3 years experience with Excel
-Highly organized with the ability to multi-task effectively, prioritize and manage resources
-Critical thinking, analysis and problem-solving
-High level of accuracy and mathematical aptitude
-Be skilled with MS Office and merchant interfaces plus ability to 
learn company software 


Pay: $17/hour 
Full Time Position
